I am delighted to welcome you to participate in the 17th Chinese Pancreatic Surgery Congress (17th CPSC) organized by the Chinese Society of Surgery and the Chinese Pancreatic Surgery Association. This congress will take place at the Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, September 4-6, 2020.
This congress will provide a common platform for all the specialists involved in pancreatic diseases to interact and share the latest information and developments. This will include promoting the pancreatic disease management, education and training, clinical and basic research, primary prevention, and patient care at a multi-disciplinary level. The 17th Chinese Pancreatic Surgery Congress will bring together surgeons, gastroenterologists, medical oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and clinical and basic scientists both domestic and abroad, to explore the future outcomes of pancreatic diseases.
CPSC is a biennial event, providing a unique opportunity for the specialists involved in pancreatic diseases to learn the latest developments in this rapidly changing and expanding field.
Hangzhou is the provincial capital and most popular city of Zhejiang Province in East China. It sits at the head of Hangzhou Bay, which separates Shanghai and Ningbo. Hangzhou grew to prominence as the southern terminus of the Grand Canal and has been one of the most renowned and prosperous cities in China for much of the last millennium. The city's West Lake, a UNESCO World Heritage Site sits immediately west of the city, is among Hangzhou's best-known attractions.
